• July 2010: Local planning permission secured.
• October 2010: Secretary of State planning permission secured (due to location
  in a conservation area).
• December 2010: Funding from Myplace secured.
• April 2011: Early site works to prepare site for construction.
• July 2011: Construction of The Mix begins.
• July 2012: Expected completion date for construction.
• Late 2012: Expected opening of The Mix.
